Step 2: Project Review
We assess your custom hardware design for production feasibility, recommend materials, calculate costs, confirm MOQ, and send a quotation with design suggestions.
Step 3: Design Approval
We create drawings and 3D models so you can see how the finished piece will look. We revise until you approve.
Step 4: Prototype
We produce metal prototypes of your leather hardware to check size, texture, and function before manufacturing begins.
Step 5: Mold & Tooling
Once you approve the prototype, we build custom molds and tooling for your hardware.
Step 6: Mass Production
Volume manufacturing runs to your specified quantities.
Step 7: Quality Control
Every batch is inspected under strict international QC standards. Based on product specs, we perform mandatory checks on dimensions, weight, finish, tensile strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance etc. before packing.
Step 8: Shipping
Your custom leather hardware is packed to prevent damage in transit. We arrange shipping by sea, air, or courier through our logistics partners, global delivery.
